Daniel Taub, an Israeli diplomat, is of British origin and worked as Israel ambassador to the UK from 2011 to 2015. He is an international lawyer and an author, and he is currently working as a Managing Director at the department of strategy and planning at the Yad Hanadiv Foundation based in Israel.

Having been bestowed the role of a principal deputy legal adviser to the foreign ministry, Taub worked as a legal counselor to the mission of his country to the UN in New York and Geneva.

Daniel Taub participated in the Israel-Palestine peace where he positively influenced the numerous agreements that were reached by the two parties. He is also one of the members of the negotiation team in the Israel-Syrian peace talks.
